With a career rooted in luxury real estate marketing and brokerage operations in Telluride, David brings deep local market knowledge and a strong understanding of how successful brokerages operate from the ground up. 

 

David’s expertise is shaped by more than 15 years of leadership experience at Sotheby’s International Realty, where he played a central role at one of the top affiliates in the world, supporting hundreds of brokers across multiple markets throughout Colorado. Beginning in operations and rising to lead communications and PR as part of an award-winning marketing team, he helped scale the brand’s presence and deliver high-impact marketing. He is known for building thoughtful, integrated strategies, connecting brand narrative, media exposure, and multi-channel marketing with operational goals to support agents, elevate listings, and deliver measurable results.

 

A strategic and creative leader, David brings a people-first approach to brand building, grounded in collaboration and clear storytelling. He values work that is practical, intentional, and aligned with the day-to-day realities of agents and brokerage operations.

 

Originally from Iowa, he gravitated toward the Telluride lifestyle, centered on authenticity, connection, and community.
